With concerns about Covid-19 continuing, we wished to reassure our clients and contacts that O’Donnell Solicitors remains open for business. But the welfare of our clients, staff and their families is of paramount important to us.
- We are following both NHS and Government guidance to ensure the well-being of our staff, clients and contacts and thus limit the risk of exposure.
- We shall be continuing to offer face to face meetings but wish to avoid them if possible, but can arrange telephone or video conferencing to anyone that requests it.
- Our solicitors can be contacted in the usual way by email or phone and have remote access. Any communication by you shall be dealt with promptly.
We would ask that you please do not attend the office if you are showing any symptoms of the virus or have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms.
If you attend our offices for a meeting, please do not be offended if we do not welcome you by shaking your hand, it is because we are taking our role in dealing with the outbreak seriously. You will by greeted with a big smile and will be made to feel very welcome.
Our aim is to continue with our business with minimal disruption so that our high standard of service to our existing clients is maintained and so that we can continue to offer legal services to our community.
