The Property Team at O’Donnell Solicitors are celebrating after a win at the recent National ESTAs Awards. The firm’s property team scooped the silver award for conveyancers in the North West and was presented with their trophy by Channel 4’s Phil Spencer at the ESTAs ceremony on the 14th of October in London.
Widely recognised as the most prestigious and respected property awards in the UK conveyancing sector, The ESTAs determine the best conveyancing firms in the UK based purely on feedback from customers. Clients are invited to leave feedback after completing a house sale or purchase, and all reviews are assessed. There is a strict verification process which ensures reviews are genuine, and this year, the ESTAS also introduced a ‘Standard of Excellence’ that all firms had to attain to make the shortlist.
