Jackie’s appointment will also facilitate delivery on the new build sector transactional work pipeline through 2024.
Jackie’s background in property law spans over 30 years. Her experience within the conveyancing sector includes working at both high street and national conveyancing practices. Jackie’s extensive experience means she has successfully represented clients across every type of property transaction. Her expertise allows her to deal with complex legal hurdles within a transaction setting to ensure, wherever possible, a smooth and hassle-free experience for her clients.
Jackie has a proven track record of building and nurturing strong sector relationships with clients, developers, and other advisors working within the property sector, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advice and critical organisation on volume transactional new build conveyancing. Her empathetic approach and ability to reassure homebuyers, sellers, and sales teams make her a valuable asset to the firm.
Jackie has strong, established relationships with estate agents, surveyors, developers and other professionals, which will feed across other departments within the firm.
