O’Donnell Solicitors has been appointed to advise the owners of the old Royal Bank of Scotland in Mossley in connection with an Agreement for Lease and new Lease subject to detailed works. James O’Donnell has been working with the owners of the landmark building, which is to be turned into a bistro café bar and live music venue.
James commented:
“The Tenant intends to carry out substantial internal renovations to the Building keeping some original features together with some works to be carried out by the Landlord and so it was important that the legal documentation accurately reflected the terms agreed between the parties.
“I was pleased to be able to assist the owner/landlord on this exciting new project and help get the deal over the line. The plans for the renovation look great and following the new venture will no doubt be be of benefit to the already thriving bottom Mossley area”.
A spokesperson for the owner said:
“We were delighted with the excellent service provided by James at O’Donnell Solicitors, from day one the service was very professional and thorough and the transaction was concluded as quickly as was practically possible. We would definitely use O’Donnell Solicitors again and would recommend them to other landlords in the future”.
