Saddleworth-based law firm O’Donnell Solicitors has appointed its seventh Director to its Board as it continues its growth trajectory.
The firm has announced that Richard Dobson-Mason has been appointed as Director after joining the firm a year ago. Richard heads up the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation department, which assists clients with civil and commercial disputes, from pre-action, through to trial, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and appeals processes.
Since joining O’Donnell, Richard has grown the quantity and variety of Dispute Resolution and Litigation work undertaken by the firm’s team. Having originally qualified as a Barrister in 2008 before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor in 2013, Richard has a very broad experience in dealing with disputes. He attained Solicitor-Advocate status in 2016 and was appointed as a Magistrate in 2018, sitting on Adult Crime and Family Law cases.
Richard’s appointment marks the next stage in the firm’s growth plans.
