Our Corporate team at O’Donnell Solicitors were pleased to act in the sale of Independent Workwear Solutions (IWS) to Elis UK. The sale of the long-standing Oldham Company, who provide work garments and protective wear alongside commercial laundry services to companies across the UK, involved several aspects, including the sale of the business assets and property. The company, founded in Oldham by Managing Director Michael Hall, has provided workwear rental and associated services for over ten years.
The deal is the latest in a long line of commercial transactions that O’Donnell Solicitors has completed this year so far.
