Greenfield is a village in Saddleworth situated at the southern edge of the South Pennines. It is home to four reservoirs, Greenfield, Yeoman Hay and Dovestones, all linked to each other, and the highest artificial reservoir in England, Chew.
Greenfield is known as the only place in the Saddleworth area with a railway station since the last station on the Oldham Loop Line closed in 2009. From here, you can catch trains to Manchester, Leeds, and Huddersfield.
