In drafting a Tenancy for you we will ensure that this Is drafted to ensure that you are protected either as a landlord or as a tenant, and will negotiate with the other side on your behalf to achieve this. You may require a short term or a long term lease, and we are able to draft a Tenancy to suit your needs.
We can also assist if a dispute arises in respect of a Residential Tenancy. We will ensure that we have a clear understanding of the situation and are able to advise you as to what your responsibilities are or what the consequences of any breach of the Tenancy terms and Housing Act legislation may be.
We are very experienced in dealing with the service of notices on tenants and evictions at county court on behalf of landlords and are also able to assist in defending claims on behalf of tenants. The law regarding notices Is complex and there are various prescribed forms of notices which must legally be used. We are well versed and experienced In all forms of notice Including section 8 and section 21 Housing Act Notices.
Our solicitors can handle the eviction process for you from drafting and serving of the correct notice, drafting and Issuing court proceedings and dealing with a court hearing on your behalf. We can obtain a County Court order for possession of the property on your behalf Including a County Court Judgement for rent arrears and/or damages or repairs that may be necessary to your property.
