We would just like to thank you for arranging our home visit to complete our wills.
Mark was absolutely a delight to work with, eliminating our fear of previous solicitors dealings.
Throughout the whole process Mark was nothing but caring and respectful of our wishes. He was able to offer invaluable advice and answered questions with clarity.
His compassion with my husband certainly helped him feel reassured too.
Nothing was too much trouble even when we made a slight error. Mark dealt with it swiftly again with his professionalism and compassion.
Mark is a credit to your company and we wish him well in his professional advancement.
