O’Donnell Solicitor’s Commercial Property Team were pleased to assist Rigg Tech Ltd in its acquisition of Land at Junction 22 Business Park, Tweedale Way, Chadderton OL9 7LD. The Land was acquired under an Agreement for Development Lease to construct a new 15,000 foot Unit to house the company’s workforce. The brand new facility will be constructed under a planning application granted in January 2004 and should be ready for occupation by summer 2025.
