O’Donnell Solicitors are pleased to announce that following further expansion, they have completed the acquisition of a new office building at 44 High Street, in the village of Uppermill.
A full refurbishment will be undertaken to bring the prime positioned three-story building back to life, further enhancing the amenity of the village. The firm has been looking for additional office space within Uppermill village for a number of years such is the demand for appointments and in order to house its expanding team(s). The building offers the perfect central position.
The firm plans to relocate the residential conveyancing and newbuild property team to the building together with the firms Private Client team.
The new office will complement the firms current Uppermill office at the market ground. This provides the firm with a further 5000 sq. feet of new office space. The firm now boasts five Directors and 25 support staff and fee earners and continues to attract top talent including City Lawyer appointments to its departments. This further expansion will also complement the firms modern and conveniently located office space at Appleby’s Business Centre in Grasscroft which will be retained. This will continue to house the Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial and Family Law teams.

The new office building in Uppermill village will be spacious and contemporary in keeping with the firms’ two other offices. The offices will provide additional first-class facilities for clients, making client visits much more accessible and also provide an excellent working environment for the firm’s fee earners and staff. This is another exciting new move for the firm and the Directors, and support staff and are extremely excited to see the refurbishment commence.
